Just a quick post today as w are expecting guests soon and I want to get something up before they arrive.
This week was very much like the past…we’ve been busy with school. Distance learning is going a bit more smoothly now, which is nice. Chris has also started writing clever little stories, which just warms my heart!
Now, I feel I need to post this because it is such a “thing” right now and, in the future, I’ll want to remember it. Last night, I saw on Twitter that the current occupant of the Oval Office was diagnosed with Covid-19. Just a few hours ago, I received an alert that he is on his way to Walter Reed. I don’t know where this is going, but I feel like I should document it.
I also want to say that I would not wish this horrible virus on anyone and I hope that everyone who is infected has a full recovery. That being said, that doesn’t mean that one should not be critical of the way the administration has handled this pandemic. That should never be forgotten…nor forgiven.
