Another week has come to an end and another week of nothing especially exciting to report. I guess the big news is that we now know for sure what school is going to look like in the fall. Learning will start on 9/14, which is a week later than usual, and it will be virtual. The week before this, teachers will contact students and their families to get everything set up and make sure the students have the resources they need. Virtual will continue at least until early November, which is the end of the first quarter. At that point, it will be re-evaluated.
So, I’m going to be the home teacher again!
Now, even though the school year starts on September 14, Chris’s home school starts Monday. I realized that he isn’t doing anything this summer–he isn’t even getting in trouble. He just isn’t doing ANYTHING. So, he’s going to work on math and reading and such. I’m sure he’s going to love it! Ha!
So, now for pictures taken on this day in years past. I actually have some great pictures to share this week. Enjoy!

I hope you have a wonderful week. Stay safe, wear a mask, and keep social distance!
I enjoyed your photos, as always. Hopefully, we’ll be enjoying ice cream cones and going to county fairs with our friends soon.
