Folks, I have nothing…

Like pretty much everyone else, I’ve barely left this house this week and I don’t see that changing for a while.  So, instead of pictures of my kids just sitting around, I decided to do something a little different.

I store my pictures with Amazon Photo, which does this thing where I can easily see the pictures I’ve taken on the current day in years past.  So, here are the pictures I have from March 27 (the day I’m writing this) in the past.  I don’t have pictures from every year, but I do have pictures from most years starting in 2009.  Many of these pictures were taken in Arizona (where I should be now….), but not all.  I’ll try and give a little explanation for each one.

2009

Here is my daughter, about 6 weeks old, snoozing on her daddy.  She always was, and still is, a good sleeper!

2010

Here she is again, a year older.  I can’t remember exactly why I took this picture, but I’m guessing this is a new outfit from someone (probably my mom) and I was taking a photo to send to her.

2011

And here is my little guy and his big smile  He was almost 6 months old here and, yes, he still has a big smile!

2013

This was from our first trip to the Reid Park Zoo in Tucson.  I think I have a picture of the kids in about this pose from every trip we’ve made there.

2016

This picture was taken at my parents’ house in Arizona and it must have been taken on Easter, which is the only reason why my kids would be so dressed up!

2017

Folks, I have no clue.  We are at home, not in Arizon and all I can think is one of the kids is “hiding.”

2018

We’re back in Arizona and judging from the light and how the kids are dressed, I’m guessing this was a last picture before we headed to the airport to fly home.

2019

This picture was taken last year and it is of my dad (on the right) and his older brother, who lives nearby.  Both are currently doing well.

I hope you liked this because it will most likely be my thing for several Saturday Snapshots to come.  Once we are set free, I’ll be taking pictures with abandon!
