We’re getting to the end of our road trip pictures. I have a few more posts worth, but as we get closer to Christmas, I may interrupt this series to bring more seasonal pictures. In any case, we will get to the end of the road trip…eventually!

After our whirlwind trip to Crater Lake, we headed towards Bend and LaPine. We had planned to spend the entire day at Crater Lake and, when that did not happen, we found that we had some time to spare.
We had visited the High Desert Museum in Bend a few years ago and decided to pay it a repeat visit. Unfortunately, we arrived at the end of the day and some exhibits were closed (including the Homestead, my favorite part), but we still had plenty to see.
